This casino is one to play IF YOURE MAD AT YOUR MONEY!! It is a place to play but not one to cash out. I don’t see how they manage to stay active with the way they handle their depositors withdraws!
Weekdays your thoughts on this casino are valid its support are difficult to reach and respinses are vague at best . i will be forgetting the experience at this one.
Can’t get paid out, they are withholding nearly 1,000 in winnings and refuse to provide clear answers and continue to tell me the account validation team needs 3 day per response they send and avoid processing the account validation by having the only email for billing, rejecting all incoming emails and the phone line is 85% disconnected not taking calls and the 15% it allows it to ring, they answer and tell you to be patient they need 3 more days or cannot reach billing themselves. They claimed to escalate it but won’t process and never had a manager call as they said. They continually use winking emojis and others to avoid answering questions and make the same senseless statements over and over
