My Experience at Sports Interaction
If you’re a Canadian gambler looking for a trustworthy online casino and sportsbook, you should add Sports Interaction to your itinerary. Sport Interaction has everything you want from an online casino— including a vast selection of slots, casino games, and live dealer tables. Their expansive sportsbook features live betting, enhanced odds, virtual sports, and betting tips. With everything else they have to offer, including fast payout times of about a day, Sports Interaction is an excellent gambling site.
The site features a high-quality online casino with both digital and live games, and a full-featured sportsbook with event streaming, bet boosts, and more. Naturally, different people want different options from an online gambling site. Just because Sports Interaction is the best option for one gambler doesn’t mean it will be the best site for someone else. I created this Sports Interaction review to help you make up your mind. If you’re planning to check out SIA but are unsure about any aspect of the site, you will be pleased to learn that I cover all the bases on this page.
Experience Summary
- Date Played: January 2024
- Starting Bankroll: $100
- Ending Bankroll: $76.80
- Browser / Device Used: Chrome (Laptop and Android Mobile Phone)
- Experience: Lost $61.50 on Wonder Warriors, and $20.20 on Sweet Bonanza. I held out (mostly) on Blazing Bison Gold Blitz, dropping only $6.10 in 100 spins at 50 cents each.
Sports Interaction Bonuses Review
Whether they be sign-up bonuses or in-season offerings, sportsbook and casino bonuses are a vital piece of deciding which site to sign up for. For dedicated punters, there’s a Sports Welcome Bonus of 100% matching your first deposit for up to $1000. This comes with a 10x rollover (bonus only) on sports bets at 1.50 odds or above. Sports Interaction goes beyond that first welcome bonus with various challenges and clubs that offer significant rewards for specific actions, such as building same-game parlays on NHL match-ups.
You can also try the Prime Time Football Big Day Pay Day, which pays up to 100% of your moneyline wager on NFL Prime Time games (Thursday Night Football, Sunday Night Football, and Monday Night Football). If your team wins by 40 points, the bonus is 25%. If your team wins by 50 points, the bonus is 50%. And if that team wins by 60 points, BAM! 100% bonus match on your bet. Most of these bonus bets require you to opt-in, so be sure to check carefully when you’re reviewing that bonus’s details. Although the odds are high, Sports Interaction’s inclusion of these payouts makes this one of the best sportsbook bonuses I’ve seen.
Keep in mind that Sports Interaction also has a busy casino full of slots, live dealer tables, and progressive jackpots. Not only that, there’s a casino-only Welcome Bonus of 100% up to $3000, with a 30x rollover (bonus only) on casino play. Some casino games cannot be used to qualify for the bonus, so be sure to check the terms & conditions fully.
In addition to the casino welcome bonus, Sports Interaction runs regular weekly “Slot of the Week” promotions that earn you bonus spins, as well as a daily Spin the Wheel promo that can reward you with bonus spins, bonus bets, golden chips and even cash.
Sports Interaction Payment Methods Review
Deposits and withdrawal are quick and easy at Sports Interaction. Make deposits using Apple Pay, Visa, Mastercard and Maestro credit/debit cards, Interac e-transfer, InstaDebit, bank wire transfer, or PaySafeCard. You can even set your own “maximum deposit” amount if you choose. Sports Interaction does not accept American Express or Discover.
Withdrawals are available for all same the methods used for deposits, and in fact must be made to the same method you used to make your deposit. Depending on the method, it can take anywhere between 4-6 hours to two weeks to receive a withdrawal.
Surprisingly, the deposit/withdrawal methods do not include cryptocurrency. On the other hand, InstaDebit smooths the process of transferring money from your bank account to Sports Interaction (and back again) quite nicely. If you’re familiar with this Canadian-only method, you’ll want to use it as your “account currency” when you make your first deposit. Overall, Sports Interaction has a solid variety of banking options for betting, but a lack of crypto hinders its impact.
Sports Interaction Casino Review
In all honesty, I expected Sports Interaction’s online casino to be something of an afterthought. Since the site has a comprehensive sportsbook and doesn’t promote its casino in a big way, I didn’t expect to find anything special when I conducted my Sports Interaction casino review. But I was wrong!
When you click on the Casino tab at the top of the homepage, you will be greeted by a vibrant online casino. The game library is stacked with hundreds of titles from many of the industry’s leading software providers, including Playtech, iSoftBet, and Betsoft.
You can also click on the Live Casino tab to enter the lobby of Sports Interaction’s live dealer casino. You’ll find 54 live dealer games, including everything from baccarat, blackjack, and roulette to game shows, and even casino poker games like Ultimate Texas Hold’em. If you’re a fan of live casinos with human dealers, Sports Interaction is certainly worth checking out.
The various categories for slots and other casino games seem to be a work in progress. For example, the Table Games category is a mixture of video and live dealer games—and doesn’t even include all of either type. One can only hope that when the Under New Management clouds of dust settle, Sports Interaction will have a first-rate way of showing us all the options quickly and completely.
That said, here are some of my favorite games on the site. To give you an idea of what’s on offer, I have chosen one standout game from the following four categories: slots, table games, video poker, and live games.
- Live Dealer Blackjack
- Age of the Gods: Wonder Warriors
- Loot Boost
- 10s or Better
Sports Interaction Slots
Slots take up the majority of Sports Interaction’s casino game library. There are up to 246 slot games to choose from, with handy filters separating the games into several categories.
Click on the Jackpots category to unearth 48 jackpot slots. If you’re a PlayTech fan, use the magnifying glass search icon and find eleven of the most popular “Age of the Gods” slots from PlayTech — including God of Storms, Helios, Mighty Midas, and Epic Troy.
Personally, I love how the slots are displayed on the site. Many online casinos have dull game libraries with long lists of games, but Sports Interaction has a colorful and attractive icon for every game — enhancing the overall experience. And SIA has one feature that far too many online casinos lack — the option to favorite your top games.
Pro Tip: either use the Search feature to find your favorite games, or bite the bullet and select “All Games” from the list of categories. Sure, you’ll be faced with a rather long scroll through up to 1,068 slots and other casino games, but each game has a clickable heart on this page, making this an actual shortcut for flagging all your favorites. Naturally, you need to be registered and logged-in to use the Favorite feature.
Sure, it’s a mixed blessing, but it’s a quick way to start with a batch of games you know you’ll enjoy, and then at your leisure you can use SIA’s “New”, “Jackpot Slots” and “Featured” categories to add to your repertoire.
Granted, SIA’s collection of slot games is nowhere near as vast as some online casinos. But there are more than enough top-quality slots to keep you entertained.
My Sports Interaction Favorites:
- Age of the Gods: Wonder Warriors—an excellent intro to the whole Playtech Age of the Gods series of slots. This one has it all—wilds, free spin scatters, four random progressive jackpots, plus a 5×3 screen that bumps to a 5×5 and sometimes even a 5 by 6 reel set that can generate some hefty wins. Not for me, of course, but for other, luckier people.
- Sweet Bonanza—a Tetris-like game that pays on clusters. Winning symbols disappear and allow new symbols to fall from above, which can result in multiple wins from a single bet. I like that in a slot machine.
- Blazing Bison Gold Blitz—I like hold&win/lightning-link type slots, and this is one of my go-to games when I need an anticipation fix. A lightning bolt serves as a collection symbol whenever there are symbols for various amounts on the reels. Get enough of those money symbols, and the game goes into hold&win mode; it’s time to cross your fingers and hope at least one of the symbols will be one of the three jackpots available.
Table Games at Sports Interaction
On top of hundreds of slots, Sports Interaction has dozens of table games on offer. At the time of writing, there are 20 games in the Blackjack category, 15 variants in the Roulette category, and two versions of video baccarat.
Blackjack:
- Blackjack 250k Pro
- Blackjack Charlie7
- BlackJack Fortune Spinner
- BlackJack Fortune Spinner Pro
- Blackjack Pro
- Blackjack Studpoker Pro
- Blackjack Surrender
- Buster Blackjack
- Cashback Blackjack
- Double Deck BlackJack Snap
- Lucky Lucky Blackjack
- Blackjack Single Hand
- One Blackjack
- Perfect Blackjack Pro
- Platinum Blackjack Pro
- Premium Blackjack
- Premium Blackjack Pro
- Premium Blackjack Single Hand
- Sports Interaction Blackjack Pro
- Vegas Blackjack
Roulette:
- Roulette Deluxe
- 25p Roulette
- American Roulette
- Black & Yellow Roulette
- Bonus Roulette
- Classic Roulette
- European Roulette Classic
- European Roulette Pro
- Hotspot Roulette
- Luck O’ The Roulette
- Mega Fire Blaze Roulette Live
- Premium European Roulette
- Spin Till You Win Roulette
- Sports Interaction Roulette Pro
- UK Roulette
As appears to be the trend among online casinos, SIA’s inventory of video poker is meager, including four games: Jacks or Better, 10’s or Better, Deuces Wild, and Deuces Wild Multi-Hand.
Still, it’s fair to say that SIA has a strong collection of table games overall, with multiple variants of all the popular casino classics.
Sports Interaction Live Dealer Casino
When you consider that Sports Interaction is best known for its sportsbook, the Live Casino section of the site is seriously impressive. Indeed, there are more than 30 live games available, many of which have human dealers.
With four live blackjack tables, two baccarat tables, and nine live roulette games, you are bound to find something that floats your boat. You’ll also find live Dragon Tiger, Mega Sic Bo, Sicbo Deluxe, Casino Hold’em, and 3-card Brag at the live dealer tables.
For Canadians who favor the big wheel-based games, there’s Mega Wheel, Spin a Win, Big Bad Wolf, Well Well Well, and Adventures Beyond Wonderland.
And if you’re feeling truly adventurous, there’s Boom City, Everybody’s Jackpot, Sweet Bonanza Candyland — even live slots.
Sports Interaction Sportsbook Review
Despite its impressive casino, Sports Interaction is, at heart, a sports betting site.
In fact, the site’s homepage takes you directly to the sportsbook. Although there are a few featured casino games on the right-hand side, the majority of the homepage is dominated by popular sports events, live betting opportunities, and sports betting promotions.
You’ll find thousands of betting markets here, from hockey, NFL/CFL football, and NBA basketball to collegiate and international sports like soccer, rugby, ski jumping and even snooker.
This section of my review covers everything you need to know about online betting at Sports Interaction. Before you dive into the sportsbook review, be sure to check out some of the standout betting features you can make use of on the site.
The main menu on the left-hand side of the sportsbook has 32 wagering categories — mostly sporting events, but other categories like Entertainment and Politics broaden a SIA patron’s wagering horizons a bit.
Each sport has multiple games, leagues, and events on offer. On top of that, most sports have dozens of markets and lines. From moneylines and spreads to totals and futures, there is no shortage of options to choose from.
In addition to the wide variety of sports, you will find other options on the sportsbook menu. These include Free to Play, Odds Boosts, Piñata Picks, and Specials. In my opinion, all of these options are worth taking advantage of.
The Free to Play section has games that allow you to test your sports prediction skills against other Sports Interaction players. Although these games are free to play, you can earn your share of thousands of dollars paid out weekly. As the site states, “you have nothing to lose!”
Odds Boosts give you enhanced prices for certain events, while Piñata Picks give you quirky wagers for football, basketball, hockey, motorsports, and soccer. Elsewhere, the Specials section has unique markets for weather, entertainment, awards, and politics.
If you want to try your luck at some in-play betting, click on the Live Betting tab at the top of the homepage. This will take you to a list of all the live events you can bet on at the time. Better still, there is a schedule with upcoming events that accept in-play wagers.
To get started, all you need to do is head to the Sports Interaction site and click the Register icon on the top right-hand corner of the screen. From there, you will be redirected to a page that will ask you a variety of personal information questions, including your address and citizenship. When you’re done, you just need to click sign-up.
Once you have signed up at Sports Interaction, you’ll be brought back to the home page, and then you just need to click on the deposit page. Once there, choose the method that you would like, and then include how much money you would like to deposit.
After you have added some funds to your account, the next thing you need to do is head to the promotions page to select which bonus you want to choose. There is a welcome bonus on your first deposit for either sports or casino.
Now that you have added money to your account and have your bonus set up, all you have left to do is play. Head back to the main page and choose if you’d like to start in the sports category, live betting, or casino. If you’d like to redeem another great casino bonus, you can check out more of the best casino reviews.
Customer Support at Sports Interaction
Clicking the “Help & Customer Care button at the top of the main page screen (or a text link at the bottom of virtually every page on Sports Interaction) will bring up two choices: live text chat or an email portal. The email option has a dropdown Subject menu, including choices such as Withdrawals, Promotions and Bonuses, and Account Access.
One of the more innovative options with SIA email support is the ability to drag & drop a screen capture of your specific problem — for instance, a game that is frozen or displaying incorrect information, or a parlay ticket that doesn’t work properly.
I had a question and initiated the live chat window. A bot answered me within about a minute, asking for basic information. After confirming my name and birthdate, I was passed almost immediately to a live agent, Lizzie. My question was simple: does SIA host video poker games? Lizzie told me they did not, but noted that both their table games category featured video blackjack and a number of house-banked poker games like Texas Hold’em Bonus.
My email question regarding a poker room was answered within a few hours (much faster than the 24-48 hours SIA’s support info suggests is common). Unfortunately, their response, while speedy, was not very helpful. Here’s a cut and paste of that response:
We were unfortunately unable to locate an account with the details that were included in your contact. Your account must be under a different email than the one you contacted us with. Please reply to us with your username or the email address linked to your account.
We look forward to your reply!
If you need any further help, please contact us.
Best regards,
Roberto
Customer Service
I can understand them not wanting to waste time, but they certainly had no problem wasting time telling me to try again, so I’m not sure what their strategy there is. Surely, typing “no, we do not have a poker room” would have been faster.

Mobile Gambling at Sports Interaction
Sports Interaction has a mobile-optimized website that can be accessed by anyone with an internet connection. To access the mobile site, simply open the web browser on your portable device and head to Sports Interaction. You can then enjoy all the same luxuries as the desktop website.
Like the desktop website, the mobile site is beautifully laid out. The excellent user interface enables you to navigate the site effortlessly, while the modern design and crisp graphics only boost the mobile gambling experience. Games load quickly and play well, although some require landscape perspective rather than portrait to see clearly.
The mobile site allows you to explore the sportsbook, casino, live casino, and poker section with ease. So, you don’t need to worry about missing out on anything if you decide to switch from desktop to mobile.
You can also take advantage of all the same welcome bonus, ongoing promotions, and banking options. For that reason, SIA’s mobile gambling options must be considered a success.
Our Sports Interaction Review Score: 3.5
Having reviewed lots of gambling websites over the years, you can rest assured that I leave no stone unturned. I always provide an honest and impartial judgement — and my Sports Interaction review is no different.
As far as I’m concerned, Sports Interaction is an excellent gambling site for sports bettors and casino lovers. SIA covers a vast range of gambling topics to keep its customers coming back for more.
The sportsbook has tons of options, with hundreds of events across dozens of sports. Meanwhile, the casino boasts a nice blend of slots, tables games, and live dealer games. In truth, the live casino is one of the best sections on the site.
Of course, there are areas in which SIA can improve. I’m sure non-Canadians would like to enjoy the site, so easing the restrictions would be good for the rest of the world. On top of that, there are no crypto banking options. The site’s other shortcoming is the comparative chaos of its gaming “categories.”
All in all, though, Sports Interaction is a trusted and well-respected gambling site that has only enhanced its reputation over the past 25 years. As Entain continues to refine SIA’s offerings, we can be assured that the site’s features will only improve. If you want a piece of that action, be sure to follow the link below.
