I usually like playing at the casinos with these games, but this one didnt really stand out nor “hit” when I used the bonus. All in all, id say this place is average. Not to mention, the reviews I have read for Springbox kind of has me hesitant to return or make deposits.

I recieved their R850 bonus after making a few deposits. They gave me the usual runaround ; they never verified my documents. After 2 weeks of fighting for my winnings, I gave up and registered complaints with Ask Gamblers and Casino Guru. AG closed the complaint as unresolved because Springbok refused to reply. My complaint with CG is still pending. I am not holding out much hope of ever seeing my winnings. Stay away from these thieves!!!

Upbeat and friendly folks. All and all a very good casino and pleasant and very helpfull service. One slightly negative point but I can see the reasoning behind is if you were lucky enough to make a descent amount the bonuses and coupons dry up to some extent but the want the new and people that haven’t been fortunate yet to have some advantage. Keep up the good work but please send some more coupons our way!!

I can’t redeem Springbok casino coupon, it’s being going on for the past 6 months now. Even the R850 that I use to get every Friday, I can’t redeem that coupon as well. It’s was nice playing at the casino but now it’s not anymore because I can’t redeem coupons.
