Some thing happened to me lost my winnings and was only refunded my original deposit amount and I all so lost a winnings withdrawal due to useing coupon while it was still pending. But it all happened about a year and ones I fully read the terms and conditions, I have never experienced this again and the winings have increased

For the “payout/account verification” they constantly move the goal posts everytime you do a payout you get told they need documents again. When you send it (I sent a certified copy of my ID the same copy that I used a month earlier to register my newborn baby as a citizen and I also sent a photo of me holding my ID and still they came back 3 days later telling me they want a photo of my ID not a pdf).
Whatever they ask you to send, will be requested in a different format with every withdrawal, jpeg, will want pdf, and visa versa.

Every time its another 3-5 business working days. In the interim, they bombard you with vouchers, which if used during a payout (if I ever get past a.c verification), actually invalidates the “payout.
Will say you must play through first, meaning loose everything you won.

Very bad experience. They did not pay me a prize of 10,000 Rands. It was a bonus without deposit but regularly deposited and in 4 years it was the first time I was going to do a retirement

I have deposited and did not play all the money out then I selected a free bonus and the limit I could withdraw was R5000 nou they don’t want to pay coz my balance was not Zero when I redeemed the free bonus!!!! I’m very upset and disappointed with springbok casino.i deposito a R150 and won R3000.after cashing put i saw a free spin bonus and was bored so I played it.did won any money with it.two day later the told me that the not playing out my bonus and refunded me a R150.i feel this is not good from then.as I played out over R6000 that at there casino.

I have al so been with them for many years and spent a lot cash there.after my last experience I would not recommend them or support.i aways enjoyed playing there but you can break al the good in a couple of minutes
