Fortunately – for my sanity – during the delayed withdrawal, the live chat support were always incredibly nice and tried their best to help, I even got 2 phone calls from America, just checking how I doing and letting me know why the processes is being delayed and that I need to just wait xxhrs.

Really must give huge thanks to the live chat support guys and gals and the support that make actual phone calls, they are just too cool, and even helped me out with some heavy bonuses when I hit a big loss on the account.
