I loved playing on Springbok until I cashed out R3500, after that I can’t redeem coupons and the Friday bonus of R850 that I used to look forward to, doesn’t work anymore. I don’t even receive any inbox messages nor emails. So once in a while then I’ll be lucky with redeeming a code, so I’m a bit disappointed though!

I Play at this casino very often and have for over 10 years now.I rate them average because although they do somethings right they do some very Important things wrong in my opinion. Starting with what’s right is they have the best support staff -always available always friendly and most of the time quite helpful.They are also pretty generous with bonuses often offering large % match bonuses like 200% or more with free spins.This is countered by very high wagering requirements and this leads to very seldom wins and few cashouts.yes winning is few and far between and the thing that they really need to work on is withdrawals which have a 2 day pending period not included are weekends and public holidays which essentially leaves one day a week where you can win and still get paid out that same week considering they only payout on mon Wed and Fridays….draconian and well behind more modern casinos.
