My Experience at TrustDice

I was pleased to see a range of bonuses and promotions at TrustDice. The most eye-catching of these is the welcome offer for casino players, through which you can get up to 3 BTC/$90,000, split over your first three deposits.

New customers can claim 100% up to $30,000/1 Bitcoin (BTC) plus 25 free spins on their first deposit. The minimum amount required to claim the first deposit is 0.0003 BTC/0.005 ETH/10 USDT or equivalent in other currencies accepted on the site.

TrustDice Banking Options

TrustDice began life as a cryptocurrency casino and betting site and is still regarded as such. You can deposit with over 100 coins and tokens including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Tether. But unlike many other crypto gambling sites, you can also deposit using certain fiat currencies including Euro and Japanese yen. Players must use banking options like Jeton, Vega, or Interac to facilitate fiat transfers.

I also had the option to pay with a wide range of altcoins that can then be converted to supported cryptos (BTC, ETH, USDT, USDC, EOS, VITA, or TXT) before I could play. There are no minimum or maximum deposit limits when you pay directly with any of the supported currencies on the site. This was very encouraging!

All deposits at TrustDice are instant but the time it takes to receive your funds vary. This is down to the transaction times of the coin you are using. For example, BTC takes one confirmation but ETH can take ten but speeds differ between the two. While most deposits are free, those made with Ether, Tether, and USD Coin are only allowed through the ERC20 network. This means you may be required to pay a commission when depositing these coins.

Arrival time, rate with the fee included, and conversion amounts are all shown on the screen. When you top your balance up, hit the box and slider in the top right of the screen to view your crypto in fiat. 

Withdrawing at TrustDice

Instant Payouts are available at TrustDice in 99.4% of all cases, according to the terms and conditions of the site. I wasn’t entirely sure as to what the hold-up was with the other 0.6%, so reached out to Luke on chat to ask. Luke confirmed that some players don’t realize that they haven’t satisfied wagering requirements or sometimes haven’t responded to requests for verification documents.

I found withdrawing at TrustDice to be easy. The minimum amount you can withdraw is 0.001 BTC/3 USDT or equivalent. I was also told by Luke that if I was looking to withdraw larger sums, there may be hold-ups. This is only applicable to sums exceeding 1 BTC or equivalent. Withdrawals are capped at $5,000 per day, $15,000 per week, or $50,000 per month, which is decent. 

I found the turnaround time for crypto withdrawals to be around 3 hours, based on four separate withdrawals. TrustDice does endeavor to process withdrawals within 1 hour, but the shortest time I had was over 2 hours. The rest were around the 3-hour mark for both BTC and Ether. 

While TrustDice does not charge fees for withdrawals, you may pay a blockchain fee depending on the coin or token used. These fees are available to view beneath the amount bar before you activate the withdrawal.

TrustDice Casino Review

With over 2,000+ casino games at TrustDice, there’s bound to be something for everyone. In addition to slots and table games like roulette and blackjack, there’s also a pretty sizeable video poker collection. I was also keen to try out the live dealer offerings in my review of TrustDice and was very impressed with the number of games under that tab. 

When I entered the casino at TrustDice, I found the layout to be pretty slick. There are several options to help you find what you are looking for. These include tabs for slots, table games, and favorites. The site also remembers games you have played recently but the search tab can help you find anything in a matter of seconds. 

I tried several games before sitting down to write my TrustDice online casino review. Here are some of the ones I liked most.

TrustDice Slots 

I was really impressed by the selection of slots at TrustDice. Although I didn’t count each one, it looks as though there are over 1,400 different titles to try. Some of the world’s most revered software developers, such as Playtech, Betsoft, Quickfire, BGaming, Play’n GO, and Pragmatic Play, can be found here. The games loaded up nice and fast and I had no trouble with lagging or unexpected cutoffs. 

That helped me get through the games I wanted to in my TrustDice review. As a slots fan, I like variation. More than this, I like when a site helps you find things like 3-reel slots, 3D slots, and more without having to go through every game. There are neat categories for these, too. Although the first game I loaded up, Wild Bounty Showdown from PG Soft, was done so as I liked how it looked. This high volatility slot comes with an RTP of 96.75% and features great graphics and a cool cascading reels feature. 

Another of the best slots at TrustDice is Rocket Chimp. This game comes with an ice-cold chimpanzee, some great features, and a Vaporwave-style soundtrack. The aesthetics add a real boost to the slot, which I played more than any other. There is also a Personal Jack feature, which is essentially a personal jackpot that is accumulated by the player. This was unique to me as no other players contributed to the prize pool. I loved this feature and think it’s a great idea. Although I didn’t win much playing Rocket Chimp, it was one of the things I just had to cover in my review of TrustDice. 

If you’re not feeling either of these slots, I suggest trying Cleo’s Gold by Platipus. This ancient Egypt-themed game comes with a solid if unspectacular RTP of 94.99% but it is so much fun to play. I managed to walk away from the slots section of the site with a small profit thanks to this game, having hit two bonuses in under 30 minutes. 

Although I didn’t get through all the slots at TrustDice.win, it was clear to me from what I played that there is plenty of quality. It’s always nice to see quality software providers mixed in with smaller, ambitious studios. And that’s what you get here.

Table Game Selection at TrustDice

Whether you are looking to play roulette, craps, baccarat, blackjack, poker… you name it, TrustDice has it. The site has hundreds of games that go beyond the basics. I counted American, French, European, and VIP titles among the multiple versions of roulette, for example. There are 13 versions of the European variant alone, which is excellent. This kind of variety is what you want to see from a site that markets itself as the “#1 rated crypto casino in the world.” Or any of the best crypto casinos, for that matter. 

Many top online casino reviews of TrustDice point to the quality of table games being stellar. Judging by what I played, I wouldn’t necessarily agree with that statement entirely. While there is a nice balance of quality and quantity, some titles were better than others. For instance, I loved the simplicity of the Baccarat Zero Commission from Habenero. Other games, including Playtech’s video baccarat title, didn’t really do it for me.

What I did enjoy was the chance to play at TrustDice for fun. You can access most games on the site, excluding live dealer or provably fair games, in demo mode. Some are only available to players in particular regions, as I found out when trying out some of the blackjack titles. These games are not only geographically restricted in demo play but in real money mode, too. The reason for this is that software providers can dictate where their games can be played from. 

The saving grace here is that TrustDice has a chunky library of top-quality table games. Not all were to my liking – at least, the ones that I could access. But that doesn’t mean you won’t find them attractive options. I recommend trying games in demo mode before you play if you want a taste of what to expect without having to cough up cash. 

Provably Fair Games at TrustDice

I was keen to test the provably fair games when putting together my review of the TrustDice casino. I found two proprietary titles, which are the Crash and Dice games. Both have their own tabs which are located at the top of the page when you visit TrustDice.

I started off playing small bets in the Bitcoin Dice game. With a very simple format, which features no depictions of dice whatsoever, it’s not the most exciting game I’ve ever played. With that being said, the provably fair nature of this title makes it appealing. There is a chance to win a jackpot playing the game, which stood at over 3.3 BTC at the time of writing. I found the guide to the game, which is available by clicking the “Tutorial” tab at the top of the screen, very helpful.

The Crash game was probably the most fun of the two. Again, it’s a very simple game to play with no animations, sounds, or bells of any kind. It does, however, give the player the chance to feel as though they can win real money and prove the validity of their bets.  

Provably fair games are popular in the crypto realm as they allow players to verify the fairness of wagers. To do this, TrustDice creates a seed number that is sent to be player after it has been hashed. A player adds their seed before the bet is decided and the seed is sent by the casino. You can then verify the fairness of that bet. 

While the Crash and Dice games at TrustDice are interesting, they are not for everyone. The graphics aren’t exactly spellbinding, and the games can become a little boring after a while. I didn’t spend a lot of time playing either although I did give them enough time to get a sense of how they work. If you’re a fan of provably fair titles, you may want to check them out. 

TrustDice Live Casino Games

The live casino at TrustDice features multiple games. There are well over a thousand to choose from and include casino classics like roulette, blackjack, and baccarat. You can also find game show titles like Deal or No Deal and Wheel of Fortune. One thing I noticed is that some titles are restricted depending on where you are playing from, so make sure to keep this in mind.

I was stunned by the options available in the TrustDice live dealer casino. There are over 130 types of roulette as well as 318 different blackjack variants. With games from several software providers available to play, I could narrow things down to the ones I liked. But I was also excited to try out some titles I have never come across before, such as Unlimited Blackjack by Eguzi. I played quite a few hands on this game before moving on to Super Sic Bo by Evolution, via a few spins of European and French roulette wheels.

All the live dealers are professional and appear happy to be there. This is in contrast to an online casino I tried out recently where dealers looked miserable and completely uninterested. This certainly adds a bit of spice to proceedings, especially when the site allows you to type messages to the croupiers. While that isn’t my thing, you could see some of the players enjoying a bit of banter with the dealers acknowledging some of the messages. 

I tried quite a few different games, including some of the gameshow titles. This included Live Monopoly and Evolution’s Gonzo’s Treasure. All games loaded up quickly and had no lagging or interruptions whatsoever. I highly recommend the Evolution games, in particular. They seem to have left no stone unturned in creating an upbeat and immersive live casino experience. 

TrustDice Sportsbook Review

Having had some fun over at the casino, I was looking forward to putting together my TrustDice betting site review. The first thing to start with was how things looked. As you may also notice when you head over to the sports betting part of TrustDice, it looks pretty much the same as the rest of the site. The color scheme is purple and things are laid out in a similar format. 

At the top of the sportsbook landing page, you’ll see a carousel of the latest free bets and offers. At the time of visiting the site, there is a promotion for a risk-free first bet. There is also information about upcoming golf and tennis events, which seem to be popular sports at the bookie. To the left of the screen, you’ll find the Top Sports and Other Sports options. In addition to golf and tennis, here are what appear to be popular sports to bet on at TrustDice.

TrustDice also covers some niche and obscure markets for events like bandy, beach soccer, chess, pesapallo, hurling, and floorball. There is also a specials tab that covers everything from politics and world events to celebrity-related stuff.

TrustDice covers the big global markets well. You won’t struggle to find odds for the FIFA World Cup, the Super Bowl, or the Olympics. I browsed through their general soccer coverage and could see matches for smaller leagues and championships across Europe.

There were also some regional-level MMA fights you could bet on alongside those from the UFC. For these reasons, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend TrustDice for casual bets. 

The sports betting odds on TrustDice are solid, at best. I wasn’t entirely blown away by the prices and found them to be average.

There are some minor adjustments that, if undertaken, could make any future reviews of the TrustDice sportsbook sound much more impressive. For instance, an easy option to format odds. The odds on the site were set to decimal by default. There was no button readily available to convert these into fractional or American odds, which was a little annoying.

Rating the Esports Coverage at TrustDice

You can bet on a wide range of esports at TrustDice like Rush Football and Halo. The site appears to be keen to attract esports bettors, as this section is shown alongside the sportsbook, casino, and provably fair games at the top of the page. It is, however, still part of the sportsbook – you can also find it listed among the real-world sports and markets.

Here are some of the other esports I found while conducting my review of TrustDice. 

TrustDice has a solid collection of esports odds and markets. You can bet weeks in advance in some cases, while most markets can also be bet on in-play. Unlike the sports betting markets on the site, you can stream esports live. I felt this added a nice dynamic to proceedings and enhanced my betting experience. I didn’t have to bet on any of the esports to stream them, which I also liked. 

The most recent esports markets on the site show in the upper center of the page. You can sift through all markets with odds, however. Even better, you can find prices for the esports you would like to bet on by choosing the game type on the left side of the screen. The format is very similar to how the regular sports page works.

If you like betting on esports, I recommend giving TrustDice.win a shot. There’s more than enough here to warrant checking them out. The markets are vast, and the odds are competitive when stood against other top esports betting sites.

Customer Support

The best way to contact customer support at TrustDice is via the live chat function on the site. They also provide an email address as an alternative to the live chat, but I couldn’t locate a telephone number. Having read through some reviews of TrustDice, I also learned that players are free to contact customer agents via social media channels.

My Experience With TrustDice Support

My first message to the live chat function on TrustDice took about 45 minutes to be seen. This is far beyond the 90 seconds waiting time advertised on the site. I had a response from Jeanette, who, to be fair, was excellent in explaining what I needed to know about depositing with Ethereum. Admittedly, I had messaged very early in the morning so there is a chance they have been understaffed. 

The second time I reached out on live chat was far quicker. Although it’s a crypto casino first and foremost, you can also deposit and play with fiat currency. The sportsbook is decent, but I feel it is not as impressive as other aspects of the site.
