I previously left a positive review due to fast cashouts however recently things have changed.. it has been over 72 hours an my payment is still pending… I’m playing on other casino sites to avoid risk losing my cashout which I have loaded up but its taking forever. I used to think this casino was different from others as they had fast cash outs and did not use the “payment delay” tactic to entice you to play more and therefore lose the money. In fact I’ve had cash outs that process to quickly in the past that I had wanted to reverse… However as I write this I am playing at Loki casino waiting for my twin payment to be processed… It feels pointless playing on a site if you don’t feel like your gonna get paid.

Good selection of games available, lots of choice Site reliability – rarely had any technical issues Live chat is usually available and responds quickly when it’s your turn, I’ve been on other sites where it can take a long time to get a reply I had a number of issues with TwinCasino unfortunately. After a win, I requested a withdrawal using the same method of deposit (mastercard). They email me telling me that not only was it rejected by my credit card company, but that my account needed also to be verified. I understand being verified but find it strange that they wouldn’t tell me I needed to be verified before my bank rejected it. The put the money back into my account and I started the process of verification. I send all the documents to them and get this message: ” Hey Kevin, Thanks for sending over those documents, we have received your Proof of address and it was positively verified, however your ID is expired and you also need to send back side of your Credit card with 4 corners shown. Kindly send : Proof of Address: – A copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name, address and date of issue. By recent we mean not older than 3 months and it’s also important to mention that we won’t accept a mobile bill as utility bill. back side of your Credit card with 4 corners shown.” I did have to re-do the credit card, but it made no sense they told me my my address was positively verified, and then ask me to send proof of address again. Then they tell me my license is expired when it expires on my birthday in September. They then acknowledge over live chat they made a mistake in reading my license information wrong. Due to these delays, I deposited more. Granted they did compensate me for it with a bonus, but it was still aggravating. I then sent a request to withdraw via Wire transfer. I put in all the information, and even went on LiveChat to make sure I had it right. One of the LiveChat agents didn’t know about one of the address fields if it was the bank’s address or mine, went to check with someone, and came back. I told the ;LiveChat agent everything I had entered (ie: what each box meant) and he said it was correct. I took a print screen shot showing their reply to me plus that I had all the information filled out. One week later, still no deposit and now LiveChat basically can’t help expect ask you to wait by email, and each reply takes about 2-3 business days. I then get this email: Hey Kevin, Thank you for your email. Kindly note the payment provider confirmed the withdrawal failed as the account details were missing the bank/branch code. We have forwarded this withdrawal request to the relevant department for manual bank transfer and as soon as it has been processed from our end we will contact you back again via email. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!” That concerns me as I’m staring at the screenshot of the information I sent them, and it was included, 100% no ifs and or buts about it. i then write them this email: On Wed, Jul 22, 2020 at 21:25, Kevin Flack wrote: Hello there, I’m not sure what you mean, it wasn’t missing. This is how I sent it with the branch code, so I have no idea how it could be missing on your end? And they ignore the screenshot I attached and what I asked, and instead write back with a general statement: “Hey Kevin, Thank you for your email. Kindly be informed that we have sent 1698 CAD to your bank account. Transfer is done yesterday 24th July. Please note it might take up to 4-5 banking days. Have a great day!” It did arrive today, finally, after my initial request was sent on July 15th.

One of the Best Casino online I had ever came across, very supportive customer support and hassle free payment withdrawals. Only in start it takes a little time around a week but it was a big win which I had won and maybe that was the reason to process they had taken time but finally not my withdrawals are coming on, got till now 20% of my winning and as only first withdrawal takes times and after that its all smooth, I love this casino and Thanks to IGORS, Sebestain, Frank, Dawid, Chris, who are always there to help and give you proper resolution. Faster payment shall be done if its in wallet, but still we are ok if the casino feels suck, nothing else to complaint. How would you rate Twin Casino?

The support staff are amazing. Their verification process was so simple and their communication second to none. Payouts are super fast, within 2 hours of withdrawing funds they are in my account. They have all the latest games. their servers are fast and have well thought out promotions. Nothing they are always open to feedback. There is nothing negative to say. Apart from I had trouble posting this review because the Negative comment was too short.

This will be my second review for Twin, but it deserves it! I love the game variety, the look of the site, and my #1 like has got to be to their Support team! They are kind and helpful, and all my questions are always addressed. This casino is fun, fair and now one of my favorites. The Games don’t play like they do on other sites. I have deposited probably 7-8 times more on this site in the last few weeks, than my other 2 sites, and have withdrawn about 4 times more $ on the other sites. I find ( 97% of the times I deposit) I’m triggering free spins on games 0-1 times with little wins. Just a lot of dead spins, day after day.

Really nice looking casino, solid offers and as I can see here fast payouts (had no luck just yet lolz). Nice choice of games. Out of few chats I had, one was one of the best ever, other not so much.
