I decided to try Twin yesterday because I had a $10 prepaid voucher to use and Twin accepted $10 deposits to receive their match offer and bonus spins; others would not offer a match at $10. Well, so far I played with $10 + $10 match and got 40 bonus spins on day 1, won about $350, withdrew $250 last night, went to bed then woke up to an email from Twin that my withdrawal was approved, and another one from the processor that they had received the withdrawal request. That was super fast! It will probably be tougher to make withdrawals if my winnings are bigger (telling from experience with other casinos), but maybe not.Great experience so far!-Low deposit requirement for bonus-Withdrawals are not locked in for many days before processed! What a relief!-Good loyalty rewards that I have no seen anywhere (I got bonus spins, free cash and more bonus spins just for playing? I’ll take it!)-Very mobile friendlyI have not had to contact their support yet as I just registered yesterday to play on Easter weekend, so I cannot comment on that and that’s usually what I find dreadful with online casinos. Support will always tell you to fix your issue, you have to contact x or Y department via email. Hopefully this is not the case with Twin.One thing is that although I find the website very mobile friendly and fast, my game did crash many times but I think it might be because of the game platform provider. – good selection – good loyalty – fast deposits – lots of options run on good RTPs – games seem fair – good bonus options. – fair wagering requirement – chat is always on Verification is slow and painful. especially from an Indian First Nation in Canada. (still not verified) even though i was told i was verified. After a lot of deposits and a move up in loyalty they still need more documents for a withdrawal ( still haven’t received). Bad experience with the Chat! did not want to put me thru to the loyalty chat. (have transcript)

NIce visuals fast payment no probs. They also got almost every slot which is important for me. I like the promo and the LiveSupport is very nice too!Since now nothing very special what I can say about this casino… Maybe they could do some more no deposit offers, but well, that’s a thing for every casino. :p

How would you rate Twin Casino?

I previously left a positive review due to fast cashouts however recently things have changed.. it has been over 72 hours an my payment is still pending… I’m playing on other casino sites to avoid risk losing my cashout which I have loaded up but its taking forever. I used to think this casino was different from others as they had fast cash outs and did not use the “payment delay” tactic to entice you to play more and therefore lose the money. In fact I’ve had cash outs that process to quickly in the past that I had wanted to reverse… However as I write this I am playing at Loki casino waiting for my twin payment to be processed… It feels pointless playing on a site if you don’t feel like your gonna get paid.

Good selection of games available, lots of choice Site reliability – rarely had any technical issues Live chat is usually available and responds quickly when it’s your turn, I’ve been on other sites where it can take a long time to get a reply I had a number of issues with TwinCasino unfortunately. After a win, I requested a withdrawal using the same method of deposit (mastercard). They email me telling me that not only was it rejected by my credit card company, but that my account needed also to be verified. I understand being verified but find it strange that they wouldn’t tell me I needed to be verified before my bank rejected it. The put the money back into my account and I started the process of verification. I send all the documents to them and get this message: ” Hey Kevin, Thanks for sending over those documents, we have received your Proof of address and it was positively verified, however your ID is expired and you also need to send back side of your Credit card with 4 corners shown. Kindly send : Proof of Address: – A copy of a recent utility bill or bank statement showing your name, address and date of issue. By recent we mean not older than 3 months and it’s also important to mention that we won’t accept a mobile bill as utility bill. back side of your Credit card with 4 corners shown.” I did have to re-do the credit card, but it made no sense they told me my my address was positively verified, and then ask me to send proof of address again. Then they tell me my license is expired when it expires on my birthday in September. They then acknowledge over live chat they made a mistake in reading my license information wrong. Due to these delays, I deposited more. Granted they did compensate me for it with a bonus, but it was still aggravating. I then sent a request to withdraw via Wire transfer. I put in all the information, and even went on LiveChat to make sure I had it right. One of the LiveChat agents didn’t know about one of the address fields if it was the bank’s address or mine, went to check with someone, and came back. I told the ;LiveChat agent everything I had entered (ie: what each box meant) and he said it was correct. I took a print screen shot showing their reply to me plus that I had all the information filled out. One week later, still no deposit and now LiveChat basically can’t help expect ask you to wait by email, and each reply takes about 2-3 business days. I then get this email: Hey Kevin, Thank you for your email. Kindly note the payment provider confirmed the withdrawal failed as the account details were missing the bank/branch code. We have forwarded this withdrawal request to the relevant department for manual bank transfer and as soon as it has been processed from our end we will contact you back again via email. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!” That concerns me as I’m staring at the screenshot of the information I sent them, and it was included, 100% no ifs and or buts about it. i then write them this email: On Wed, Jul 22, 2020 at 21:25, Kevin Flack wrote: Hello there, I’m not sure what you mean, it wasn’t missing. This is how I sent it with the branch code, so I have no idea how it could be missing on your end? And they ignore the screenshot I attached and what I asked, and instead write back with a general statement: “Hey Kevin, Thank you for your email. Kindly be informed that we have sent 1698 CAD to your bank account. Transfer is done yesterday 24th July. Please note it might take up to 4-5 banking days. Have a great day!” It did arrive today, finally, after my initial request was sent on July 15th.
