At the end of the day…between their system, and non working emails, chats and asking LCB to get involved, the hard truth is my 24-48 hour withdrawal to bitcoin took waaaaaaaaaay more than the 24-48 hours. it is a well working online casino site in old school style but after depositing somtime, all in all about $ 150 in several weeks, it was no more possible for me to claim any bonus, wether a free bonus nor any deposit bonus. I asked live- chat because of the reason and they said to me that they do not have to tell me the reason. It was the same thing as at Sloto Cash, their sister casino. I also did not start any withdrawal request at Uptown Aces so i don’t understand this, perhaps other players have more luck with claiming bonuses there.
I cannot play tournaments in this re-branded casino, before I played, now I have always error. I sended a mail for instruction but I had no news. I don’t understand, it is new and probably there are problems to fix.
uptown aces is in my view one of the better RTG casinos out there and was one of my last RTG casinos that i joined, i have not deposited real cash at this casino but have played a few no deposit bonuses that the casino offers new and existing players, the mobile site is smooth and runs great but pritty much all RTG mobile casinos do due to the lack of visual eye candy on the games they provide, 24hr support which is also super qucik on emails and live chat, download version available to players along with an instantplay site, ive never wagered a bonus here and never requested a payout but from the forums and internet reviews i dont think there would be issues with this casino in terms of fairness so ill keep my account open and maybe just maybe do a deposit sometime soon 🙂
