I was told coupons were for guest who couldn’t afford to gamble!!! Paaleas. Seriously. Well I was polite and ate the poop sandwich but now over 2 months later and they still want to punish me for winning. No coupons no promos I didnt even earn comps on the straight deposit I made after because yeah I was still trying to be a good sport. But uptown is a big fat cry baby sore looser.

I actually cashed out $500 from a free spins bonus from Uptown and even though it cost $30 to send me a check that I couldn’t deposit into my online bank account, they were helpful and gave me information on other ways to cash the Canadian check in the US but ultimately they paid the shipping costs to return the check and credited the $470 back to my account so I could use the Bitcoin withdrawal option. I recommend Bitcoin if you want to use online casinos but do your research on the cryptocurrency
