I have been playing at this casino for a while and never had any major problems.  Recently,  I attempted to make a deposit.  Money was removed from my bank account and was never credited to my casino account.  I immediately alerted them to the issue and was told to wait.  I did and the money never showed.  I sent them a screen shot and info about the particular transaction.  I was told to send a bank statement.  I sent one and was told it would take 48 hours to review.  I didn’t hear anything so today (day 3) I reached out.  I am now being told to resend the statement with the transaction highlighted.  They have already been casting doubt re: the transaction (
