After a week of sending them my id multiple times I kept just getting emails asking for my id. So I went to live chat and finally found out that it was because I had used a flash. Redone it and that was fine my account was verified. Requested to withdraw my winnings of 1000 and was told that will be reviewed in another 3 days after the 3 days I get asked to send all my documents again plus a picture of holding my id beside my face. Also I needed to get a solicitor or another professional to sign my documents to prove they were mine etc. I am disabled and housebound and this us not possible. I have played on many sites and this is the first time ever I have been asked to do this and think it’s ridiculous. They are quick enough to take your money I deposited 200 with them. I ended up just closing my account and losing my money cause I was so upset with it all. Would never recommend this site to anyone.
