Like all RTG their machines can have big swings. They always had a good bonus that let me play rather than just watch my balance drop to zero. I finally got lucky and cleared the bonus. The verification was quick (24 hrs) and the cash out was about 2 days (bitcoin) which I didn’t think was excessive. I gave it an 8 only because some other casinos offer instant cash outs. Like the RTG software, I also have hit good a few times here, my stupidity I blew it back, but at least I won. I dislike the way I was treated by live chat rep tonight and the way the software ran. I wonder what it means when your ‘V.I.P’ Member, go to the code log on BFC it says codes active and you go to the live contract for support and shes like APRIL17FREE25 ‘not valid’ . Then you ask why and they wait 5 mins and ‘say is there anytjing else i can help you with’.
