This casino need to update their ghaphic, or software. Very plain, not attracting at all, plus their no deposit bonus is too little for the amount that you can actually withdrawal. Uptown aces did not provide a very big bonus to start to play, however i played for a long time on it. With being out of work, it gives me something to do with my spare time. I have the same feeling. I used to :LOVE Slotocash and Desert Nights, but they changed. They stopped giving perks to VIP players and the CS went from sub par to horrible. I assumed that Uptown would be the same, but I was very surprised. They have a nice layout, the games seem to hit much more often then all my other casinos in which I play and the Customer Service was AWESOME! I know they are still part of the Sloto family and think it’s the same CS for all casinos, but there is an OBVIOUS difference in how they treat y9ou at Uptown VS the others. Uptown Aces Casino is one of the latest casinos which use Real Time Gaming software. I was surprised when I saw that this casino is in fact Desert Nights casino which changed their name. I didn’t know that info at the time I downloaded their software and joined this casino.

At that moment maybe I did something that breached the terms and conditions of the casino. I made an account here using the same data I used when I joined Desert Nights Casino. Anyway Desert Nights is a casino that uses two software providers. When I joined this casino they were using only Rival Software and some time later they started using RTG also, so the customers could download and install two casino software’s and play on the same account. I remember that when this casino was only Rival I got an email from the casino that they also have RTG software to play on. That is why I was very surprised when I didn’t get an info that this casino has simply changed it’s name. That is really strange and unprofessional from a casino according to me. I think that the players who already had an account in Desert Nights should have gotten an email that the casino is now called Uptown Aces.

I remember that after registration I took some no deposit bonus here that the casino had for new players. I didn’t manage to meet the WR and ask for a withdrawal. Can you imagine how disappointed and frustrated I would have been if I was lucky and managed to ask for a withdrawal and then find out that I already had an account here earlier and not get paid? It is a very new casino, launched in this August, 2014, and is provided by RTG software. I liked the name of this casino and since they were giving a 5€ free chip, I couldn’t find a reason why not to sign up. But then my errors begun.Uptown Aces is available on mobile, flash and download versions. At first I tried to sign up via web, but a window came up saying there was an error because I’m not using Google Chrome, and to be able to play instant play, you have to have it. Since I am often playing with mobile app, I decided to play there. Of course, it took me a little more time, and when I tried to sign up, another error came up, saying that there’s already a member with my username and email. But I just cannot understand the reasons for that, because my country isn’t from the restricted countries, my mobile device has google chrome and I was trying to sign up through it and when I actually tried to log in with my email, I was told that such account doesn’t exist. I checked my email, spam box but none of it had any validation emails or anything. So then I went to their website again and contacted the live chat. I was told that I have somehow misstyped my birthday date (that’s weird, because I checked it before the sign up multiple times, but ok) so after that I asked about the sign up bonus and provided her with the code and I was told that I wasn’t able to get this bonus, since I’m from a restricted country for this bonus. But what surprised me in a bad way was that the support copied and sent me the list of countries, that were excluded for this bonus as well and they were about 25. I was upset that I didn’t know it before because I wouldn’t be spending so much time with the sign up.Overall, the only reason I would consider depositing there was the look of the casino (although the mobile app is very similar to other RTG casinos, it still looked very nice) and the nice and helpful live chat, which gave me a very good impression of their casino.
