The games are good. Upon coming to this, I was presented with a generous bonus of 100% but was not told what games it applied to. This was a problem since it was slots only and it usually isn’t too much of a problem since, like with any RTG system-based casinos, I am able to chat with Live Support and get that exchanged. This wasn’t the case. The person (Richard) told me that it couldn’t be exchanged. He did take the bonus off so I could play with the $50 only. 🙁 I asked how long it would take to refund and start over and he said it would take up to 7 business days.
