I went from a prior 5 star review for Uptown Aces to a minus zero stars that’s what they now deserve. On all RTG platform based casinos, coupons won’t activate/redeem if you have money in your account. I won last week on the 2nd part of a 3 part coupon but the 3rd part of my coupon did activate and the casino confiscated my winnings of $4300. Either a trick they play or a glitch in the software. I had been playing online casino only for about 3 years and I had wasted so much money learning the hard way as I maneuver through the online casino jungle. Uptown Aces from the very start gave good instructions and their customer service guided me through the approval process ( word of advice , get approved and go through the process before even playing ). I’m sorry for those that are having a hard time getting approved , there’s no way around it front and back of license/ govt issued I’d , copy of the front and back of rhe credit card you used and I provided the front page of my bank statement (crossed out balance and account t info) to prove my address. When I won ,I found that the easiest way to cash out and get your money fast is opening a crypto through Coinbase (super easy and user friendly ). They ARE CONSISTENT IN PAYOUTS WITHIN 48 hours ! I had won many times ranging front $500-$2500. They are affiliated with Sloto cash which is also a great site but it seems I’m just a lot lucky at Uptown Aces . Word of advice :here are a couple of mistakes I had made that caused me my win 1) using back to back cash bonus. Deposit then use a free bonus . 2)going over per hand play when I was trying to just get through the play through check what is their limit . Most of the time it’s $10 per play 3)Do not take any bonus unless the previous bonus balance is over .50 cents. Uptown allowed this one time mistake and they gave me my win and just gave me a warning 4)Don’t play any bonus while waiting for your payout , I don’t normally post anything but I really just want to spread the word about how honest and trustworthy this site . This is an evil and rogue unlicensed casino! They verified me and couple weeks later I requested a withdrawal to which they responded that my documents were all of the sudden not good enough. They have abused me horribly and there’s nobody that they are beholden too because there is nobody governing them. They will say that everything is OK and you are verified but when you request it withdraw they will all of the sudden tell you your documents are not good enough and the verification process is dynamic. I sent them what they are asking for now in the original verification effort which was verified and I have the email approve it. They are Is crooks and liars and elder abusers

Uptown Aces verified me on Oct 26. Six weeks later I attempted to withdraw 500 and all of the sudden my docs are no good. I keep sending in what they ask for but they refuse to pay. Please stay away they are as crooked and dishonest as they come.
