Good experience so far while playing at this quite new casino. Verification was fast and withdrawal was also quite quick. Simple to use interface and nice game selection. There’s lots of good games but they are conspicuously missing play n GO so I would have to go somewhere else to get my fox of Book of Dead which is my favourite game. Otherwise no real complaints.

The page is fast, clean, transparent, it is well designed. There are many providers that like the design of the site. I can’t say more positives unfortunately. All Direx N.V. in a casino owned by me this is my experience: Customer service is very slow. In most places, if the player’s balance is minus, a goodwill bonus is usually offered. At this casino, this does not apply to players from all countries. It’s a huge group of companies, but nonetheless, their player loyalty is zero. Not to mention that there are special restrictions for certain countries. I advise everyone to read the T&C carefully before depositing into this casino. It is distasteful to me that such companies can operate under a Curacao license.

Fast withdrawal, good game selection, easy to navigate, everything I would want. They even gave me a chance on my bonus which I won and withdraw 2k. Even emailed because I violated terms for over betting on bonus but still gave my deposit. They make it hard to make deposit limits. I’ve asked many times and I swear the vip manager is a robot.And they keep giving me a link to set limits but it takes me to playamo. I set limits so I don’t spend too much.

The 25 free spins on sign up were nowhere to be found an I got no response from the live chat. Wouldn’t recomend this site if they can’t even follow through on a sign up bonus

Woocasino is owned by Direx nv, so I was intrigued to try and play here. Site is pretty fast.
Didn’t have problems navigating.
There is a satisfying large variety of slots. And that’s all. I uploaded my documents before I even deposit, weeks passed and they are still pending. I like having my account verified first so I won’t face obstacles in case of withdrawing, but the procedure here is non existent.
Also one more thing I really disliked. Woocasino offers Play’n Go slots. In matter of fact, it doesn’t. There is only 1 game available.
All other slots from Play’n Go are absolutely nowhere to be found.

This is one of my favorite casino, personally they can compete with the big ones. Fast approval of documents, fast withdrawal, nice bonus system and helpful support. Overall a good casino.

Not much more good to say about them.
Avoid this so called casino at all costs. They let me open an account, even though I have a gambling problem and have excluded myself from several Direx NV casinos, namely because of this reason.
And not juts open an account, but deposit 0.8 BTC and gamble it all away.
Ofc they will take no responsibility. I have reported this to their licence issuer.
Also, with all Direx NV casinos- bear in mind that even when playing with your own raw cash money, without any bonuses, they demand you to have wagered your own money x3 before even being able to make a withdrawal. Which is totally ridiculous.
There are much better places to play, so I really recommend everyone to avoid this place at all costs.
