Selection of games is not bad, there are a lot of providers that are not there for Canadian players. Customer support reply’s so there’s a good thing. Casino takes a very long time to complete deposits that are labeled as “instant”. It’s frustrating because they never have a good answer as to why, them make excuses like “it’s instant for us” so why not instant for everyone else? There lack games and some game providers just completely fail to load. There customer services is not up to par, would not recommend using this casino.

Made a deposit. Played for about 4 hours. Won about 400 euros. Blocked account, asked for documents. The next day, they blocked my account because the country was excluded. In the rules, my country is not excluded – Ukraine. It is not on the list. This can be viewed on the website. It is also shown as allowed here on AskGamblers. So what is the point of this rule, if I cannot know if I am breaking it — There is no way for me to know if this bonus has been used before from my home address.

To update my previous review, I was fully verified after a couple of email exchanges with customer service.I’ve since enjoyed the site, made a nice withdrawl which was processed quickly.

The game selection is fairly large but half of them didn’t work for me, hence the below negative. I deposited on the site and had an issue with games not loading. I asked for support on their live chat service. I followed all instructions regarding clearing cache etc. but the issue did not resolve. They then stated their was an issue with their back office and just cut off the chat. I couldn’t believe it so re-started chat and asked for them to cancel my deposit. I was ignored and then blocked from using their live chat service. Absolute scam site, please please avoid.

Was lucky enough to receive an exclusive bonus to try out this casino with the friendliest terms I’ve ever seen on any no deposit offer, sadly, greed got the better of me so I never did get a chance to try the cashout process.. but I can say that my follow up deposits were received via ecopayz without hassle or delay, bonus system is easy to navigate and activate before a deposit, tournaments are offered as well as occasional one off promos.
