To update my previous review, I was fully verified after a couple of email exchanges with customer service.I’ve since enjoyed the site, made a nice withdrawl which was processed quickly.

The game selection is fairly large but half of them didn’t work for me, hence the below negative. I deposited on the site and had an issue with games not loading. I asked for support on their live chat service. I followed all instructions regarding clearing cache etc. but the issue did not resolve. They then stated their was an issue with their back office and just cut off the chat. I couldn’t believe it so re-started chat and asked for them to cancel my deposit. I was ignored and then blocked from using their live chat service. Absolute scam site, please please avoid.

Was lucky enough to receive an exclusive bonus to try out this casino with the friendliest terms I’ve ever seen on any no deposit offer, sadly, greed got the better of me so I never did get a chance to try the cashout process.. but I can say that my follow up deposits were received via ecopayz without hassle or delay, bonus system is easy to navigate and activate before a deposit, tournaments are offered as well as occasional one off promos. While it may be missing some of my preferred slot providers, it’s clear they are actively working on growing both their provider list and their user base. Support (when available) is easy to talk to and helpful, their direct reps are on the ball, attentive and in my experience, frankly.. amazing. Will be sure to comment down the road if I ever achieve a cashout that I claim instead of squandering away chasing the next big hit ;-

Very very sneaky site…tried to withdraw ,waited over 3 days, heard nothing.. Went back onto site and a big sign comes up and covers the whole screen saying you can’t deposit while you have pending transactions… Then 2 buttons saying proceed or cancel…the proceed button actually cancels your withdrawal!!!….Customer support non existent.

Only thing I like is that they have netent games nothing else positive to say. Customer service is very incompetent. I was entitled to a bonus following their own rules and can prove it but they nevertheless refuse because they do not take time and investigate properly. They are also very slow to respond on email.Promotions are not that good either.

They have poor promotions with small bonuses or cashback offers and they are sent to my email frequently. The loyalty point system needs an upgrade. Other then that it’s a good casino.

Joined this new casino and deposited £300 and got bonus of £300 like all casinos they have wagering requirements of 40x so £12000 was required this was fine but the downside is max bet on slots is £5 per spin, i managed to beat the wagering but at times i geniuely did not know the cap was £5, so a few spins were over £6, £7, £8, and as u are trying to get the wagering down u can easily press the wrong button, but anyways ive recevied a email saying all my winnings have forfeited as im in breach of the terms and conditions of betting over £5, i know they have every right to do this but i feel a little bit of common sense and discretion is warranted to the customer, im still awaiting for they reponse but not holding my breath, i seriously want to warn other players of this, they have took all my funds and even the money i deposited, i feel its wrong
